For fifteen years Jean Fitzpatrick has
helped people heal from pain, create more satisfying relationships, and nurture their natural creativity.

Jean's award-winning books and articles on family life and emotional and spiritual growth have appeared in many national magazines over the past twenty-five
years, including Parents, Working Mother, McCall's, and Family Circle. She has written
numerous books on parenting, and her work has been featured in USA Today, The Daily News, the Bergen Record,
and elsewhere. Jean is a columnist for Beliefnet.com, writing on everyday spirituality and family life. Click here to find her "Hearth & Soul" columns archived. She is also a columnist for
The Episcopal Cafe at www.episcopalcafe.com.
The process is a respectful, collaborative one that recognizes the whole person, body, mind and spirit.
Whether you are an individual, couple, or parent, I will work actively to help you discover new strengths and create
more fulfilling, joyful relationships. People tell me that in the midst of the busy week our sessions become a peaceful,
nurturing place to get in touch with their best self and find a new balance in life.
Starting therapy can be scary, but I will help you feel understood and accepted. If you are
dealing with difficult emotions such as anger, grief, or fear, I am comfortable with these and will provide a safe place for
you to experience, understand, and cope with them. If you are going through a life transition or have suffered a loss or disappointment,
I can help you find meaning, strength and hope. -- Jean Fitzpatrick
